Max Zhang

About Me
Hi! I'm Max and I love computer science. I love to code in my free time and play with technology 💻. I like to occassionally dabble my interests in game design and computers. My older brother Oliver is the best trumpet player in the world. He's the best.
I'm a big fan of artificial intelligence and how it revolutionizes the way we learn, educate, communicate, create, and push boundaries of what is possible with technology. Most recently, I've been taking courses on computer science and AI at Carnegie Mellon University's summer courses and I'm eager to use what I learned in my future projects and ideas.
Outside of STEM, I also love playing the trumpet! I have been competeing at the National Trumpet Competition since 7th grade as a semi-finalist among the best in the country. I also played in the Kansas All-State Symphony Orchestra as principal trumpet last year. I am an active member in my school band and serve as a leader among my band peers.

This is a small gallery collection of my past fishing catches. To share my passion, I also founded the Fishing and Wildlife Conservation club at my high school, which brought together thirty other students.
